About the role
As a Fitter
at KEMA Labs, your main responsibilities are:
- Building test setups for high- and low-voltage component testing, including medium-voltage switchgear, disconnectors, and transformers.
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and circuit diagrams to accurately realize test setups.
- Performing maintenance work on existing test installations and equipment.
- As a Fitter at KEMA, you are responsible for assembling, maintaining, and dismantling test setups such as switches, disconnectors, and transformers. You work closely with the HPL Test Engineers and serve as the primary point of contact for the Test Engineer.

What you bring
Among all your other talents, your key knowledge and experience is:
- MBO-level education in Electrical Engineering or demonstrable experience in a technical role, preferably within electrical or mechanical engineering.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive and positive attitude toward technical challenges.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
